Start with an establish care visit
Your first appointment is an establish care visit ($50). We go through your medical history, current medications, past surgeries, allergies, family history and what you actually want out of your care. It is a conversation, not a form-filling exercise.
How to schedule
Call (469) 795-3311. There is no online booking and no contact form on this website — that is deliberate, so health details never travel through ordinary email. Existing patients can use the secure patient portal.
There are no walk-ins. Appointments are scheduled to protect the privacy of whoever is already being seen.
What to bring
- Photo ID
- A list of your current medications, including doses and supplements
- Any recent lab work or records from a previous provider, if you have them
- Your pharmacy name and location
- Payment — the clinic is cash-pay at this time
Telehealth or in office?
Telehealth works well for preventative health exams, many sick visits, follow ups and refills. Some visits must happen in the office: annual physicals, well woman exams, sports physicals, and the initial visit for the weight loss program. If you are not sure which you need, call and ask.
Payment and insurance
The clinic is cash-pay while insurance credentialing is in progress. Visit prices are published openly on the services page and are valid through the end of 2026. Labs, imaging and medications from outside vendors are billed separately unless a program states that they are included.

Communicating with the clinic
Use the patient portal for anything involving your health information. Please do not send symptoms, photos or medical history by ordinary email — ordinary email is not a secure channel for health information.
